I am thrilled to share that TLC Solutions has been named a 2024 Canada’s Most Admired™ Corporate Cultures Award winner in the Emerging category! This is a recognition of the vibrant, people-first environment we've cultivated together, and reflects our team's hard work and dedication to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.

This award is not just a testament to our achievements; it’s a milestone in our ongoing journey to redefine what a thriving workplace looks like, to deliver technolojoy internally and externally, build a Category of One company, and to create a place where people love coming to work.



Our path to this recognition has been marked by transformation. Just a few years ago, we embarked on a bold initiative to realign our company culture with a newly established mission and vision. We aimed to build not only a company that delivers exceptional results and growth, but also one where every team member feels valued, empowered, and inspired to grow.

This wasn’t a simple task as we’ve navigated the good and tough times of change. Change is never easy, and transitioning an established organization comes with its share of challenges. But what set us apart was the resilience and dedication of our team. Together, we continue to take a hard look at what is working and what isn’t. We created opportunities for open dialogue, allowing our team members to share their insights and co-create solutions. We’re building a high-performance team that is rooted in engagement, problem solving, decision making, coaching, and accountability at all levels of TLC Solutions.

With our team’s feedback, we implemented programs that emphasized personal development, mental well-being, and recognition. From collaborative goal-setting initiatives to flexible work models, our team embraced these changes wholeheartedly, understanding that a better workplace leads to better outcomes for everyone—employees, clients, and the communities we serve.
